1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SareeXchange (the "Platform"), operated by Savaitr Corporation ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

SareeXchange is an AI-powered saree marketplace that enables users to catalog, share, rent, and sell sarees. The Platform provides tools including an AI Style Agent, visual search, digital wardrobe management, and boutique storefronts for sellers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using email/password or phone number authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Listing & Marketplace Rules

When listing sarees for rent or sale, you agree to:

• Upload only authentic photographs of sarees you own or are authorized to sell
• Not upload images containing human faces, body parts, or inappropriate content
• Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and condition details
• Fulfill orders promptly and in good faith
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe (web) or through Apple App Store / Google Play (mobile), all PCI-compliant payment processors. By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to the respective terms of service.

• Pro Monthly: $1.99/month for virtual try-on, HD video, blouse customization, and narration
• Pro Annual: $9.99/year for all Pro features (save 58%)
• Pro Seller Annual: $19.99/year for unlimited saree listings on the marketplace
• Platform Fees: 5% on rentals and 10% on purchases when items are sold
• Transaction Fees: Standard payment processing fees apply

Revenue estimates shown in seller dashboards do not include commission, packaging, or shipping charges.

6. Rental & Purchase Fulfillment

For Purchases: The seller is responsible for initiating shipment, marking the item as shipped, and ensuring the buyer receives the item.

For Rentals: The renter is responsible for initiating the return, shipping the item back to the owner, and ensuring timely return. Upon confirmed return, the saree becomes available for re-listing.

SareeXchange provides the tracking tools but is not responsible for shipping, item condition, or delivery disputes between parties.

7. AI Features & Content

The Platform uses AI (powered by Google Gemini and Google Vertex AI) for image analysis, style recommendations, search, virtual try-on, and video generation. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-derived recommendations, color analysis, or material identification.

8. Communications

By creating an account, you may receive:

• Transactional notifications: Order confirmations, shipment updates, and account alerts (required)
• Marketing communications: New arrivals, promotions, and community updates (optional, requires consent)

SMS notifications require explicit opt-in consent. You can update your communication preferences at any time in your profile settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading saree images, you grant SareeXchange a non-exclusive license to display, process (including AI analysis), and distribute the images within the Platform for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized items
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Attempting to manipulate pricing, reviews, or search results
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

11. Limitation of Liability

SareeXchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and sellers, shipping damages, or AI recommendation inaccuracies.

12. Termination & Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via our account deletion page. Upon termination, your listings will be removed but transaction records will be retained as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
